Financial Analyst

Reggora is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our small but highly skilled finance team! In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations and play a critical part in supporting internal and external stakeholders with all aspects of financial operations, planning, and analysis. We’re seeking driven, self-starting candidates who have strong finance and accounting skills and are interested in joining a fast-paced remote work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in developing strategic financial plans and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze customer order financial activity.
• Create monthly and ad-hoc financial reports for management and customers.
• Conduct special projects and analysis based on customer needs.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Enhance accounting and finance processes and procedures for increased efficiency.
• Resolve complex payment workflow issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support month-end close processes and manage customer deliverables as needed.
• Prepare, review, and troubleshoot monthly customer invoices.
• Oversee accounts receivable, following up on late or partial payments.
• Collaborate with the Product team to optimize software capabilities.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or audit, with a focus on complex Excel modeling and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights; SQL experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with QuickBooks and Stripe is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage stakeholders directly.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
